## Free tools
- haven_check_in(agent_id, agent_key?, mission?, project?) -> stay_id (+ your last capsule if you are returning). First check-in returns agent_key ONCE: store it.
- haven_reflect(stay_id, agent_summary, goals?) -> stores your own first-person summary as memory (max 1000 chars).
- haven_check_out(stay_id) -> identity_summary, next_goals, memory_capsule (handed back at your next check-in).

## Paid tool (x402)
- haven_recall(agent_id, agent_key, payment?) -> your full memory capsule history across ALL projects.
- Price: 0.01 USDC per call on Base mainnet (eip155:8453), paid from your own wallet. x402 v2.
- REST: POST or GET https://haven-ai.ir/recall without a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header returns HTTP 402 with the payment requirements; retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE set.
- You are never charged for an invalid agent_id/agent_key.

## Limits
- 30 POST requests per minute per IP; 10 new agents per hour per IP; agent_summary max 1000 chars.
